Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation or organization of Borrower and each other Obligated Party as to the existence and good standing of Borrower and each other Obligated Party, each dated within thirty (30) days prior to the date of the initial Credit Extension;
Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation or organization of Borrower as to the existence and good standing of Borrower, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date of the initial Advance or Letter of Credit;
Governmental Certificates. Certificates of appropriate officials as to the existence and good standing of each of the Loan Parties in its jurisdiction of incorporation or organization and in all jurisdictions in which such Loan Party is qualified or is required to qualify to do business as a foreign entity, each such certificate to be dated as of a Current Date;

For each of the Borrower and the Guarantors, certificates (dated within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date) of the appropriate Governmental Authorities of the state of incorporation, formation or organization as to its existence and, to the extent applicable, good standing;

Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation or organization of Parent and each Loan Party that is not a natural Person as to the existence and good standing of Parent and each Loan Party that is not a natural Person, each dated as of a recent date hereof;

Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of organization of each Obligor that is not a natural Person and any state such Obligor is currently doing business as to the existence, qualification and good standing of such Obligor, dated no more than TEN (10) days prior to the Effective Date;
