Governmental Authorities definition

Governmental Authorities means governments, regulatory authorities, governmental departments, agencies, commissions, bureaus, officials, ministers, Crown corporations, courts, bodies, boards, tribunals or dispute settlement panels or other law, rule or regulation-making organizations or entities:
Governmental Authorities means (a) the United States of America or any state or political subdivision thereof and (b) any court or any governmental or administrative department, commission, board, bureau, agency or arbitration tribunal of the United States of America or of any state or political subdivision thereof.
Governmental Authorities means any nation or country (including but not limited to the United States) and any commonwealth, territory or possession thereof and any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, including but not limited to courts, departments, commissions, boards, bureaus, agencies, ministries or other instrumentalities.

Governmental Authorities means any of the governments of Canada, the United States of America, any other nation or any political subdivision thereof, whether provincial, state, territorial or local, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank, fiscal or monetary authority or other authority regulating financial institutions, and any other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government;
Governmental Authorities means any governmental authority having jurisdiction over any of the Property, REIT, Contributor, the Companies or any of their respective Affiliates, including, without limitation, the United States of America, the state, county and municipality where the Property is located, and any court, agency, department, commission, board, bureau, utility district, flood control district, improvement district or similar district, or other instrumentality of any of them.
Governmental Authorities means any national, provincial or local court, governmental agency or body, stock exchange authorities or any other regulator in the PRC.
