Governmental Acts definition

Governmental Acts means any act or omission, whether rightful or wrongful, of any present or future de jure or de facto government or Governmental Authority.
Governmental Acts is defined in Section 3.10(A) hereof.
Governmental Acts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.17.

Examples of Governmental Acts in a sentence

  • In the event of termination pursuant to the paragraphs entitled "Excuse From Performance by Governmental Acts", and "Emergency Situations", the Authority may terminate its obligation immediately by giving written notice thereof.

  • Loss or damage arising out of or relating to War, Terrorism, looting and Governmental Acts.
