Examples of Government Obligations in a sentence
Any trustee appointed pursuant to Section 8.05 or 8.06 for the purpose of holding money or U.S. Government Obligations deposited pursuant to such Sections shall be appointed under an agreement in form acceptable to the Trustee and shall provide to the Trustee a certificate, upon which certificate the Trustee shall be entitled to conclusively rely, that all conditions precedent provided for herein to the related defeasance have been complied with.
Except for the initial investment in the Government Obligations, the Trustee shall not have any power or duty to invest or reinvest any money held in the Refunding Escrow Account, or to make substitutions of the Government Obligations, or to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the Government Obligations.
The State irrevocably conveys, transfers and assigns to the Trustee the Government Obligations, the principal thereof and interest thereon and any other money and investments deposited with the Trustee pursuant to this Section 3.04 for the purpose of making such payments.
The Trustee shall present for payment and shall collect and receive on the due dates thereof the maturing installments of the principal of and interest on the Government Obligations and use such proceeds to carry out the Refunding Plan.
Upon receipt thereof, the Trustee shall deliver to the State copies of the documents evidencing its purchase of and payment for the Government Obligations.
