Government facility definition

Government facility means infrastructure, improvements, or a building that:
Government facility means a structure accessible to the public which is owned or used by the state of Iowa or a political subdivision.

  • The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.
