Government Contracts definition

Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

Government Contracts means all contracts with the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or any agency of any of the foregoing, and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.

Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(a).

More Definitions of Government Contracts

Government Contracts means any agreement, commitment, undertaking, or arrangement of any kind with a government agency, government prime contractor, government grant recipient, or higher-tier government subcontractor to which Company is a party as of the date of this Agreement.

Government Contracts means any prime contract, subcontract, teaming agreement or arrangement, joint venture, basic ordering agreement, blanket purchase agreement, letter agreement, purchase order, delivery order, task order, grant, cooperative agreement, Bid, change order or other commitment or funding vehicle between Company or any Subsidiary of Company and (a) a Governmental Entity, (b) any prime contractor to a Governmental Entity or (c) any subcontractor with respect to any contract described in clause (a) or (b).

Government Contracts means, individually or collectively as the context may require, (a) written contracts between any VSE Entity and the Government and (b) written subcontracts between any VSE Entity and a Prime Contractor which is providing goods or services to the Government pursuant to a written contract with the Government if the subcontract relates only to the scope of work being provided to the Government pursuant to the above-referenced written contract with the Government (a “Government Subcontract”).

Government Contracts means written contracts between the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor and the Government.

Government Contracts means all contracts with a Government, including all renewals, extensions, modifications, change orders and amendments thereof and thereto.

Government Contracts as defined in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.

Government Contracts means any contract of any Credit Party with any United States Governmental Authority.
