Each of the Parties shall assist the other Party in obtaining all necessary Government Approvals, third party approvals and permits including but not limited to those listed in Schedule V hereto and any waivers, approvals or releases required pursuant to any applicable CCR.
Landlord authorizes Tenant to prepare, execute and file all required applications to obtain Government Approvals for Tenant’s Permitted Use under this Agreement and agrees to reasonably assist Tenant with such applications and with obtaining and maintaining the Government Approvals.
