Government Agreements definition

Government Agreements means a contract between CarePlus and any appropriate county or other political subdivision of the State of New York or Federal government, as the case may be, depending on the location of contracted Provider, under which services covered by a government program is required to be provided to enrollees in return for payments to CarePlus.
