Governing Member definition

Governing Member means a member of the Company appointed in accordance with clause 5.2(a);
Governing Member as set forth on Schedule 1 and, referred to collectively, the “Members”) for the purpose of continuing Hedera Hashgraph, LLC (the “Council”), a limited liability company organized under the Delaware Limited liability company Act, 6 Del. C. § 18-101, et seq., as amended (the “Act”).
