Examples of Governing Law in a sentence
Sections 6.3 (Notices), 6.5 (Construction), 6.6 (Successors and Assigns), 6.7 (No Third-Party Beneficiaries), 6.8 (Governing Law), 6.10 (Execution), 6.11 (Severability) and 6.14 (Remedies) of the Purchase Agreement are incorporated herein and shall apply to this Agreement mutatis mutandis.
Section 8.4 (Notices), Section 8.5 (Governing Law), Section 8.7 (Construction; Interpretation), Section 8.10 (Severability), Section 8.11 (Counterparts; Electronic Signatures), Section 8.14 (Waiver of Jury Trial) and Section 8.15 (Submission to Jurisdiction) of the Business Combination Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to this Amendment as though fully set forth herein.
The provisions of Clause 34 (Governing Law) and Clause 35 (Enforcement) of the Loan Agreement shall apply to this Agreement as if they were expressly incorporated in this Agreement with any necessary modifications.
