Governance Policies definition

Governance Policies means the governance policies in the agreed form listed in schedule 7 and such other policies as a Shareholder considers appropriate, necessary or desirable from time to time for the purpose of compliance by the Company or such Shareholder with applicable Law;

Governance Policies means those documented policies approved by the Board of Directors that define the roles and responsibilities of, and relationships between the Board, General Secretary and stakeholders of Canada Soccer; “IFAB” means the International Football Association Board;
