Google Services definition

Google Services means Google websites, applications, products and services, including but not limited to the YouTube Website, applications, APIs, embeds, and any of the foregoing that are made available for syndication
Google Services means websites, products or services owned or operated by a Defendant, including but not limited to the Google Consumer Flight Search Service.
Google Services means the services defined as “Google Service(s)” hereunder which are provided in connection with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Google Services

Google Services means products offered by Google for use by the general Canadian public, including but not limited to:
Google Services means the YouTube Website and other Google websites, products and services. "Playback Pages" are pages on the YouTube Website that stream, at no cost to the user, the selected Provider Content.
Google Services means Google’s products and services, including, without limitation, any products and services accessible through any Web site located at a Google-owned domain, including all sub-domains and directories thereof, and all successor sites thereto (the “Google Sites”) and any Google syndication sites and services. Google may use consultants and other contractors in connection with the performance of obligations and exercise of rights under this Agreement, provided that such consultants and contractors will be subject to the same obligations as Google. The license granted hereunder may not be sublicensed by Google, except to its affiliates and its syndication partners in connection with their use of the Google Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, “Government Official” includes any government officer, director or employee, any officer, director or employee of any government-controlled entity or public international organization, any officer, director or employee of a government-owned or -controlled (in whole or in part) business, corporation, organization or entity, any Person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any Governmental Entity or any political party, party official or candidate for public office. “Governmental Entity” means any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign, multinational, national, regional, provincial or other (a) government or governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, official, entity or self-regulatory organization and any court or other tribunal); (b) governmental or similar body exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, arbitral, police, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature, including any arbitral tribunal thereof; or (c) agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any federal, state, province, local, municipal or foreign government or other political subdivision or otherwise, or any officer or official thereof with requisite authority. “Governmental Order” means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Entity. “Gross-Up Amount” means an amount equal to $9,362,901. “Hazardous Materials” means: (a) any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and (b) any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and polychlorinated biphenyls. “HSR Act” means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and ...
Google Services means the Chrome Management Console for Business and Education Services provided by Google to an End User or as described at the following URL: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/x/xxxxxx/0000000?xx=xx. or such other URL as Google may provide, and provided by Avaya as part of the Bundle.

Related to Google Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
