Google Play means the Google Play store or any successor Google app store for Mobile Devices in the United States.

More Definitions of Google Play

Google Play means the service provided by Google Ireland Limited, a third party, and/or its affiliates, through which You may use in order to download the Application.
Google Play means the Google Play App Store, a digital distribution platform, developed and maintained by Google.
Google Play store (the “Software”), and any updates to the Software that may be made available by MOA (“Updates,” and, together with the Software, the “App”), pursuant to which the End User may obtain or request certain information in the App (the “Services”). If the End User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, the End User shall not purchase, install, download, or use the App. By accepting this Agreement, the End User agrees that the End User’s use of the App and Services are governed by and shall be subject to the MOA Privacy Policy and by Google’s Privacy Policy available for review at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/policies/privacy, as they may be updated from time to time. Certain information of the End User will be made available to the App.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection.
