Goods/Services definition

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services (as appropriate) specified in the Contract to be supplied by Contractor.

• D.1 Supplier shall indemnify Versuni, its affiliates, employees and directors against all Third Party Claims, actions, administrative proceedings, damages (including indirect or consequential damages), judgments, penalties, costs and expenses as caused by the acts, omissions, faults, breach of express or implied warranty, breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, or negligence of Supplier, or of anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf, in connection with Goods/Services.

• Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods and/or Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services (subject to price adjustment as set forth herein).

• Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services.

• Unless Contractor has provided a prompt payment discount set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services, Purchaser’s payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice.

• Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

More Definitions of Goods/Services

Goods/Services means goods/items/materials/services, which the Contractor is required to supply to the DUHS under this Contract.

Goods/Services means the Goods and or Services which are the subject of the Contract, as the context requires.

Goods/Services means all goods and services, as set out in the Bid Document, which include all supplies, materials, equipment, general maintenance and services, construction and works contracts, leases, rentals, and repairs of equipment; consulting and professional services, including the services provided by architects, engineers, designers, real estate appraisers, management or financial consultants, brokers or lawyers and any other consulting or professional service rendered on behalf of the Township.

Goods/Services means the goods and services to be supplied to the Commission by the Contractor as set out in the Contract;

Goods/Services means the good(s) and/or service(s) including construction services purchased by the University, the particulars of which are described on the attached Purchase Order;

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services (as the case may be) supplied or to be supplied to the Company;

Goods/Services or "Goods" means the required information technologies, including all information processing and communications-related, software, hardware and ERP Implementation services that the Supplier is required to supply, install and manage as per Specifications of the Contract.
