The Contract Price shall represent the total cost to the Company excluding Goods and Service Tax (“GST”) for all Services rendered and shall include the Services set out in Paragraph 1.1 of the Transaction Schedule.
There is no interest or Goods and Service Tax charged on the fee I will pay.
