Golf Courses definition

Golf Courses means the areas used or intended to be used as playing surfaces in the game of golf, including tees, fairways, greens and rough; (“terrains de golf”)

Golf Courses means the golf courses currently owned by Borrower or its Subsidiaries and commonly known as “LPGA International”.

• The golf shop shall be open every day that the Golf Courses are available for play.

• Troon acknowledges that it is acquiring no rights whatsoever in the Golf Resort, or any portion thereof (including the Golf Courses and any trade names, trademarks, logos, emblems, and similar identifying materials of either the City or the Golf Resort) or the Equipment and Supplies, except a nonexclusive and revocable license, during the Term, to enter upon the Golf Resort and use the Equipment and Supplies if, and to the extent reasonably necessary, to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

• The driving range shall be open every day that the Golf Courses are available for play.

More Definitions of Golf Courses

Golf Courses means the golf course commonly known as the AT&T Oaks Golf Course and the golf course commonly known as the AT&T Canyons Golf Course.

Golf Courses means that certain golf course development described in the Business Plan as "Golf Courses."

Golf Courses means those two golf courses and any adjacent undeveloped land owned and operated by PRMA, located in San Bernardino County, California, and commonly referred to as the “Pxxxx Valley Golf Club.”

Golf Courses means any publicly-owned golf facility or area as defined and described in the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, and may include both indoor and outdoor facilities, buildings, and accessory uses.
