GOC Redemption Yield definition

GOC Redemption Yield on any date means the arithmetic average of the interest rates quoted to the Bank by two registered Canadian investment dealers selected by the Bank, and approved by the Trustee, as being the annual yield to maturity on such date, compounded semi-annually, which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry, if issued in Canadian dollars in Canada, at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption with a maturity date of July 25, 2024.
GOC Redemption Yield on any date shall mean the arithmetic average of the interest rates quoted to CIBC by two registered Canadian investment dealers selected by CIBC as being the annual yield to maturity on such date, compounded semi-annually, which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry if issued, in Canadian dollars in Canada, at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption with a maturity date of January 16, 2029.
GOC Redemption Yield means, on any date, the average of the annual yields at 12:00pm (Toronto time) on the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which the Bank gives notice of the redemption of the October 30, 2104 Debentures as determined by two Canadian registered investment dealers, each of which will be selected by, and must be independent of, the Bank, as being the annual yield from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next Interest Reset Date which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry, assuming semi-annual compounding, if issued in Dollars in Canada at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption and maturing on the next Interest Reset Date;

  • Canada Yield Price means the price per $1,000 principal amount of TD CaTS IV-Series 3 calculated by the Bank to provide an annual yield thereon from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next applicable Series 3 Interest Reset Date equal to the GOC Redemption Yield plus (i) 0.75% if the redemption date is any time prior to June 30, 2021, or (ii) 1.50% if the redemption date is any time after June 30, 2021.

  • Gross Redemption Yield means, with respect to a security, the gross redemption yield on such security, expressed as a percentage and calculated by the Financial Adviser on the basis set out by the UK Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 4, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts/Double dated and Updated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date” (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) on a semi-annual compounding basis (converted to an annualised yield and rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) or on such other basis as the Trustee may approve;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Special Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Price means a redemption price equal to 100% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the Special Mandatory Redemption Date as calculated by the Company.
