Clean Air - Priority Clean Air Reporting Requirements Annual Reports on Implementation of the Automobile Inspection and Maintenance I/M Program: EPA regulations (41 CFR 51.366) require MassDEP to submit to EPA by July of each year a report for January through December of the previous year.
