Go-Live Date definition

Go-Live Date means the date on which the City, acting reasonably, confirms in writing that the Services satisfy the functional, technical and security requirements as set out in this Agreement;
Go-Live Date means the date on which BNY Mellon assumes responsibility for providing a Service as set forth in the Implementation Plan.
Go-Live Date means the date referred to as such in the Implementation Schedule as the “Go Live Date”.
