Global Warrants definition

Global Warrants has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.

Global Warrants means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Warrants and the Unrestricted Global Warrants, substantially, in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in accordance with Section 3.1(b) and 3.5 hereof.

Global Warrants means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Warrants and the Unrestricted Global Warrants, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, issued in accordance with Sections 2.1(b) and 10.

Examples of Global Warrants in a sentence

• Thereupon the Warrant Agent shall, subject to the last sentence of this first paragraph of Section 6, countersign and deliver to the Person entitled thereto a Global Warrant or Global Warrants, as the case may be, as so requested.
