The Packet Transit Delay (PTD), Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), and Jitter Service Level Standards for these locations are based on measurements at Verizon's Provider Edge device.   • Rule 144A Global Security has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) of Appendix A.
