Global Settlement Order definition

Global Settlement Order means the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 1113 and 1114(e) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019, Approving Settlement Agreements with the United Steelworkers and United Autoworkers, and Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 363(b), 364(c), 503 and 507, Authorizing the Debtors to Enter Into Plan Support Agreement, Investment Agreement and Related Agreements, entered August 1, 2007 (Docket No. 5879), and the exhibits thereto.
Global Settlement Order means the order (Docket No. 620), entered by the Bankruptcy Court approving the Global Settlement Agreement.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depositary for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depositary or nominee.

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

Business Day: A day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday and (ii) a day when the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or other agent acting as Xxxxxxx Mac’s fiscal agent) is closed or, as to any Holder, a day when the Federal Reserve Bank that maintains the Holder’s account is closed.

  • Regulation S Global Securities Appendix A

  • U.S. Global Note means a Global Note that bears the Restricted Legend representing Notes issued and sold pursuant to Rule 144A.

  • Regulation S Global Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Net Share Settlement On each Settlement Date, Issuer shall deliver to Dealer a number of Shares equal to the Number of Shares to be Delivered for such Settlement Date to the account specified by Dealer and pay cash to Dealer in lieu of any fractional shares valued at the Relevant Price on the Valuation Date corresponding to such Settlement Date. The Number of Shares to be Delivered shall be delivered by Issuer to Dealer no later than 4:00 P.M. (local time in New York City) on the relevant Settlement Date.

  • Viatical settlement provider means a person, other than a viator, who enters into or effectuates a viatical settlement contract. Viatical settlement provider does not include:

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Share Settlement means a number of shares of Class A Common Stock (together with any Corresponding Rights) equal to the number of Redeemed Units.
