Global Note Certificates definition

Global Note Certificates means the US Global Note Certificates and the Reg S Global Note Certificates;

Global Note Certificates means the Class A Global Note Certificate, the Class B Global Note Certificate and the Class C Global Notes Certificate, or any of them, as the context may require;

Global Note Certificates means the Restricted Global Note Certificate and the Unrestricted Global Note Certificate and “Global Note Certificate” means either of them;

Examples of Global Note Certificates in a sentence

• The Global Note Certificates and the Individual Note Certificates will be executed manually or by facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually or by facsimile by or on behalf of the Registrar.

• Interests in the Global Note Certificates shall be exchangeable, in accordance with their terms for Individual Note Certificates in the form contained in Schedule 3 to the Note Trust Deed.

• Each of the Principal Paying Agent, Registrar and the Replacement Agent is authorised by the Relevant Issuer to authenticate such Temporary Global Notes, Permanent Global Notes, Definitive Notes, Global Note Certificates and Individual Note Certificates as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the signature of any of their respective officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Principal Paying Agent, Registrar or (as the case may be) the Replacement Agent.

• Each Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Principal Paying Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes and/or, to the Registrar, a stock of Master Global Note Certificates.

• Each Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Principal Paying Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes and/or, to the Non-US Registrar or the US Registrar, as applicable, a stock of Master Global Note Certificates.

More Definitions of Global Note Certificates

Global Note Certificates means the note certificates in global form issued in respect of the Current Issuer Notes, initially in the form of the US Global Note Certificates and the Reg S Global Note Certificates or any of them and "GLOBAL NOTE CERTIFICATE" means any one of them;

Global Note Certificates means the Regulation S Global Note Certificates;

Global Note Certificates means the note certificates representing the Notes in global form;

Global Note Certificates means the Class A Globax Xxxx Xertificate, the Class B Global Note Certificate and the Class C Global Notes Certificate, or any of them, as the context may require;

Global Note Certificates the "NOTE CERTIFICATES") in the limited circumstances specified in the Trust Deed and such Global Note Certificates.

Global Note Certificates means the Note Certificates representing the Notes while in global form, in each case in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part A, in the case of the Class A Notes, or Part B, in the case of the Class B Notes, of Schedule 1 (Forms of Global Note Certificates) of the Note Trust Deed;

Global Note Certificates. If some or all of the Notes are redeemed by the Issuer or surrendered to the Issuer in accordance with the relevant Conditions, the Principal Paying and Transfer Agent will, whilst any interests in Notes evidenced by Global Note Certificates are still outstanding, cause the Registrar and Common Depositary or the Custodian (as the case may be) to make appropriate entries in the Register and to record all relevant details in the Registrar and on the grid appearing on the back of the relevant Global Note Certificate,
