Global Debentures definition

Global Debentures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Global Debentures means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Debentures and the Unrestricted Global Debentures, in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in accordance with Section 2.01, 2.06(b)(iv), 2.06(d)(ii) or 2.06(f) hereof.
Global Debentures means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Debentures and the Unrestricted Global Debentures in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in accordance with Section 201, 206(b)(iv) or 206(d)(ii).

  • In issuing definitive Debentures no change shall be made in the amount which would otherwise be payable in each year under the Global Debentures.
