Global Coordinator definition

Global Coordinator means RBS Securities Inc.

Global Coordinator means Citibank, N.A., in its capacity as global coordinator, and left lead mandated lead arranger and joint-bookrunner.

Global Coordinator shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

• Removal of bark is required regardless of type of treatment applied.

• In such circumstances, the Company shall remain liable to reimburse the Underwriters for certain expenses incurred on behalf of the Company, but shall not be liable to pay to any of the Underwriters the underwriting commissions thereunder.Any of the conditions set out above (except conditions (i) to (vi) above) may be waived at any time by the Sole Global Coordinator (on behalf of the Underwriters), in its sole discretion, and such waiver may be in whole or in part.
