Global Commercialization Strategy definition

Global Commercialization Strategy has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2 (Global Commercialization Strategy).

  • Each SGEN Territory Commercialization Plan shall at all times be consistent with the most recent Global Commercialization Strategy approved by the JCC and the Global Commercialization Agreement.

  • The PIRS Territory Commercialization Plan shall at all times be consistent with the most recent Global Commercialization Strategy approved by the JCC and the Global Commercialization Agreement.

  • The JCC shall prepare for the approval of the JSC the initial draft of such Global Commercialization Strategy within [***] months after initiation of the first Pivotal Clinical Study for a CoDev Product, which shall be updated and approved annually thereafter.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
