Examples of Global Certificate in a sentence
While any of the Notes are represented by a Global Certificate, such notice may be given by any holder of a Note to the Registrar through Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg and/or DTC in such manner as the Registrar and Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg and/or DTC may approve for this purpose.
For so long as the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") or its nominee is the registered owner or holder of a Global Certificate, DTC or such nominee, as the case may be, will be considered the sole owner or holder of the Notes represented by such Global Certificate for all purposes under the Agency Agreement and the Notes except to the extent that in accordance with DTC's published rules and procedures any ownership rights may be exercised by its participants or beneficial owners through participants.
Transfers of a Global Certificate registered in the name of a nominee for DTC shall be limited to transfers of such Certificate, in whole but not in part, to another nominee of DTC or to a successor of DTC or such successor's nominee.
Words and expressions defined in the Conditions shall bear the same meanings when used in this Global Certificate.
Notes which are represented by a Global Certificate will be transferable only in accordance with the rules and procedures for the time being of DTC, Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be.
