GIS Data definition

GIS Data means spatial data as part of a geographic information system data.

GIS Data means an informational unit or network capable of producing customized maps based on a digital representation of geographical data. GIS Data includes Derived Data from a GIS system and saved outputs and datasets covered by this Agreement.
