GIS Certificate definition

GIS Certificate means an electronic record produced by the NEPOOL GIS that identifies Generation Attributes of each Megawatt-hour (MWh) accounted for in the NEPOOL GIS.
GIS Certificate means an electronic certificate created pursuant to the Operating Rules of the GIS or any successor thereto to represent the generation attributes of each MWh of Energy generated within the ISO-NE control area and the generation attributes of certain Energy imported into the ISO-NE control area.
