Liquidated Student Loan means any defaulted Trust Student Loan liquidated by the Servicer (which shall not include any Trust Student Loan on which Guarantee Payments are received) or which the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon such Trust Student Loan, determined to charge off.
Purchased Student Loan means a Financed Student Loan purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Monthly Collection Period or Collection Period, as applicable, by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Seller pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Loan Sale Agreement.
Adult student means a student who:
Accused Student means any student accused of violating this Student Code.
Dependant student means a dependant person who is 21 years or over and:
At-risk student means any identified student who needs additional support and who is not meeting or not expected to meet the established goals of the educational program (academic, personal/social, career/vocational). At-risk students include but are not limited to students in the following groups: homeless children and youth, dropouts, returning dropouts, and potential dropouts.
Enrolled student means a person that has officially registered with the school or school district and is taking part in the educational program.
Dependent student means one who is listed as a dependent on the federal or state income tax return
Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.
Student means a person, other than a person in receipt of a training allowance, who is attending or undertaking—
Participating student means a student in kindergarten through
student loan means a loan towards a student's maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student's bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.
Nonresident student means every nonresident person who is enrolled as a full-time student in an
Transfer student means a student entering an institution for the first time having successfully completed a minimum of 12 semester hours at another institution which is applicable for credit at the institution the student is entering.
Native Student A student who entered a given college or university without first matriculating at another college.
Violent student means a student under the age of 21 who:
Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
Student Employee means a student who is paid by the District, and may include students participating in a work study program or who receive stipends while they are acting within the scope of their employment at the District at the time the intellectual property was created.
Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.
Qualifying student means a student who is a South Carolina resident and who is eligible to be enrolled in a South Carolina secondary or elementary public school at the kindergarten or later year level for the current school year.
Subject Vehicle means the vehicle being tested.
Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).
Prospective Student means an Applicant for admission to an Educational Institution.
Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.
Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Assumed Servicing Liability means any Liabilities with respect to any Serviced Appointments (or Serviced Corporate Trust Contracts) that arise out of or relate to facts, circumstances, actions, omissions and/or events occurring from and after the Closing and prior to the applicable Succession Time for such Serviced Appointment; provided that Assumed Servicing Liability shall not include any Liabilities that arise out of or relate to facts, circumstances, actions, omissions and/or events with respect to any Retained Duties or any matters for which Seller or any of its Affiliates is responsible pursuant to Section 3.9.
