Gift Cards means the gift cards issued by Goodwood for purchase and purchased by you as a result of the Activity, the specific terms and conditions for which are set out in paragraph 14 of these Terms and Conditions;
Gift Cards means all merchandise credits, gift certificates and gift cards of the Borrowers entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the credit, certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory.
Gift Cards mean a stored value gift card that is redeemable on Covered Zynga Services and/or Other Zynga Services. Subject to Section 4.b(ii)(3)(d) below, to enable you to use Gift Cards as a Payment Method for Facebook Credits in Covered Zynga Services in accordance with this Section 4.b(ii)(3)(a), we will sell you Facebook Credits [*]. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 4.b(ii)(3)(a) is not intended to and shall not preclude you from offering and redeeming Gift Cards that are redeemable only on Other Zynga Services [*].
Examples of Gift Cards in a sentence
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Reissue of Gift Cards is not available unless the Gift Cards are proven to be faulty or damaged.
One Electronic Gift Card can be exchanged for one Card, i.e., there is no possibility to exchange one Electronic Gift Card for several Cards or several Electronic Gift Cards exchange for one Card.
Westfield Gift Cards are issued by Westfield Gift Cards Pty Ltd ACN 113 171 663 as the Trustee for Scentre Gift Card Trust.

More Definitions of Gift Cards
Gift Cards means gift cards or gift certificates, in any format issued by Parent or any of its Affiliates with respect to the Business or any Theatre.
