GHG Regulations definition

GHG Regulations means Title 17, Division 3 (Air Resources), Chapter 1 (Air Resources Board), Subchapter 10 (Climate Change), Article 5 (Emissions Cap), Sections 95800 to 96023 of the California Code of Regulations, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
GHG Regulations means the Reduction of Carbon Dioxide Emissions from Coal-Fired Generation of Electricity Regulations (SOR/ 2012-167) made pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999
GHG Regulations means Title 17, Division 3, Chapter 1, Subchapter 10, Article 5, Sections 95800 et. seq. of the California Code of Regulations, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • If Seller is not eligible for an exemption under AB 32 or the GHG Regulations, Buyer shall reimburse Seller for the AB 32 Reimbursement Obligation, provided that: Upon Buyer’s conveyance and delivery of Offset Credits or equivalent financial settlement, Buyer shall have fulfilled its obligation under this Agreement to compensate Seller for the purported AB 32 Reimbursement Obligation.

  • Seller covenants that (i) from the commencement of the Term until the end of the Term, it shall be registered with the CARB to hold Offset Credits as necessary to comply with its obligations under this Agreement, and (ii) throughout the Term, it shall comply with all requirements applicable to Seller and/or the Generating Facility under AB 32 and/or the GHG Regulations with respect to its obligations under this Agreement.
