German Security Document definition

German Security Document means any of them.
German Security Document means any Security Document governed by German law.
German Security Document means, individually and collectively as the context may require, each pledge agreement, security agreement, guarantee or other agreement that is entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent and/or the Secured Parties, and any other pledge agreement, security agreement or other agreement entered into pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents that is governed by the laws of Germany, securing the Obligations, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and entered into pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • The Administrative Agent is not responsible to any of the Beneficiaries for any failure in perfecting or protecting the security created by any German Security Document unless directly caused by its gross negligence (xxxxx Fahrlässigkeit) or wilful misconduct (Vorsatz).

German Security Document means each Security Document in relation to German Security;
German Security Document means any security agreement or pledge agreement, including any intellectual property security agreement, executed and delivered pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement, Section 4.01(f), Section 5.11 or Section 5.13 to secure any of the Secured Obligations, in each case that is expressed to be governed by German law.
