German Companies means Xxxxxxxxxx Chemie GmbH, a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung organized under the laws of Germany, Rockwood Pigmente Holding GmbH, a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung organized under the laws of Germany, Silo Pigmente GmbH, a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung organized under the laws of Germany, and Xxxxxxxxxx Wasserchemie (Holding) GmbH, a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung organized under the laws of Germany.
German Companies means MICROS Systems Holding GmbH, Micros-Fidelio GmbH, their successors and assigns and “German Company” shall mean any of them.
German Companies means Porex Surgical GmbH and Porex Technologies GmbH.

  • No withholding taxes are payable by the German Companies and/or the Administrative Agent or the Lenders in Germany in respect of the execution, delivery or performance of the Relevant Documents.
