GENESCAPE definition

GENESCAPE. (R) shall mean the web-based software and database product for accessing and storing Data Sets generated through the application of CURAGEN's QEA/GeneCalling and MIM/PathCalling.
GENESCAPE. ® shall mean the web-based software and database product for accessing and storing Data Sets generated through the application of CURAGEN’s QEA/GeneCalling and MIM/PathCalling.
GENESCAPE means CuraGen's set of computer programs executable through a standard internet browser (i.e. Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer), including LIMS and CuraTools, and their user documentation, together with all modifications made to such computer programs during the term of this Agreement.

  • Microorganisms (1 2) means bacteria, viruses, mycoplasms, rickettsiae, chlamydiae or fungi, whether natural, enhanced or modified, either in the form of "isolated live cultures" or as material including living material which has been deliberately inoculated or contaminated with such cultures.

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).
