Generator Facilities definition

Generator Facilities mean the equipment and facilities owned by the Generator but located on Pepco's property which are identified in Schedule B of this Agreement.
Generator Facilities has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Related to Generator Facilities

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
