Generation Facilities definition

Generation Facilities means the equipment and installations used to generate electrical energy, including any associated civil, electrical and hydro-mechanical works;
Generation Facilities means those tanks that are permanently installed, which routinely contain fuel to be used in emergency generators in the event of a power failure.
Generation Facilities means the electrical generating units and ancillary equipment (including, by way of example and not by way of limitation, associated fuel storage tanks) and lines now or in the future from time to time as may be installed, added to, altered, removed, modified, restored, rebuilt, replaced, relocated, and/or expanded, on the Grantor’s Property, including any improvements located in the Generation Facilities Easement Area.

Examples of Generation Facilities in a sentence

  • Customer shall bear full responsibility for the installation, maintenance and safe operation of the Generation Facilities.

  • Any term used herein and not defined shall have the same meaning as the defined terms used in Iowa Utilities Board Chapter 45 rules on Electric Interconnection of Distributed Generation Facilities (199 IAC 45.1).

  • Customer's control equipment for the Generation Facilities shall immediately, completely, and automatically disconnect and isolate the Generation Facilities from Company's electric system in the event of a fault on Company's electric system, a fault on Customer's electric system, or loss of a source or sources on Company's electric system.

  • Any term used herein and not defined shall have the same meaning as the defined terms used in Iowa Utilities Board chapter 45 rules on Electric Interconnection of the Distributed Generation Facilities (199 IAC 45.1).

  • Each Party agrees to attempt to resolve all disputes regarding the provisions of this Agreement that cannot be resolved between the two Parties pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions found in Iowa Utilities Board chapter 45 rules on Electric Interconnection of Distributed Generation Facilities (199 IAC 45.12).


More Definitions of Generation Facilities

Generation Facilities means generating Resources (as defined in the Market Rules).
Generation Facilities means generation facilities, electric storage facilities, and other facilities to generate or discharge electricity.
Generation Facilities means generating Resources (as defined in the Market Rules). “Generation Group Member” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.2(a) of this Agreement. “Generation Sector” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.2(a) of this Agreement.
Generation Facilities means the electric generation facilities and energy storage systems owned by PacGen from time to time. The Generation Facilities as of the Commencement Date are set forth on Schedule [D], which will be updated from time to time by PacGen, and such updated schedule will be provided by PacGen to PG&E.

Generation Facilities means the electric generation facilities that are part of the Generation Business, including any battery storage systems.
