Generating Units definition

Generating Units means the steam and gas turbine electric generators listed on Schedule 1.01(a).
Generating Units means the generating unit or units specified in Appendix 1.03.
Generating Units means the gas-fired combined cycle combustion turbines to be procured, installed and constructed in accordance with the EPC Contracts and located at the Site.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall conduct tests on the Electric Generating Unit as required by Good Utility Practice such as an open circuit “step voltage” test on the Electric Generating Unit to verify proper operation of the Electric Generating Unit's automatic voltage regulator.

  • The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Participating Generator represents that all necessary leases, approvals, permits, licenses, easements, rights of way or access to install, own and/or operate its Generating Units have been or will be obtained by the Participating Generator prior to the effective date of this Agreement.

  • The Participating Generator has identified the Generating Units that it owns, operates or has a contractual entitlement to in Schedule 1, as required by Section 4.6.4 of the CAISO Tariff.

  • The Participating Generator has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the capacity and operating characteristics of each of the Generating Units listed in that schedule.


More Definitions of Generating Units

Generating Units has the meaning given Connection Agreement; to that expression in the “Generator’s Connection Plant and Apparatus” has the meaning given Connection Agreement; to that expression in the
Generating Units means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator and air emission control devices.
