General Workers definition

General Workers. The across the board increase from 29 June 2020 as determined by the Minister to be offset against the national minimum wage increases already implemented on 1 March 2020.
General Workers means employees engaged in General Work.
General Workers or “Unskilled Workers” means employees employed in jobs graded as Task Grade 1 (BCCEI) or Category 1 (MEIBC) in the scheduled issued by the BCCEI or the MEIBC or any other job graded as such by the BCCEI or the MEIBC. Concerning non-party Contractors, it means jobs that are same, similar or comparable with those referred to in this definition.
