General Terms definition

General Terms means these terms and conditions.

General Terms means the terms contained in Sections 1 – 15 of this document.

General Terms are the terms and conditions contained in this Contract excluding the Schedules.

Examples of General Terms in a sentence

• Effective from September 15th 2022 These “Marine Fuels General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery” (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to and are incorporated into all contracts for the sale of Marine Fuels concluded between GT BUNKERING S.R.L., headquartered in Constanta, Romania, (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and any other party purchasing the product, as identified in the ending section hereof (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer” or as “Customer”).

• If these present General Terms of Purchase or any provisions of the contracts concluded based on these General Terms of Purchase are ineffective or invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

• The General Terms and Conditions for Purchase Order/ Contract listed on page 2 are hereby made a part of this agreement and are specifically incorporated herein by reference.

• Any disputes between the NPSA holder and UNDP will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism in the NPSA General Terms and Conditions.

• Customer also, acknowledges and agrees, that ALC-TECH from time to time may reasonably amend, the General Terms or the Specific Terms, and that the Customer’s continued use of Services after such amendment shall constitute an acceptance of the amended terms.
