General Solicitation or General Advertising means “general solicitation or general advertising”, as used in Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including any advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;
General Solicitation or General Advertising has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule “A”;
General Solicitation or General Advertising means "general solicitation" or "general advertising" within the meaning of Rule 502(c) of Regulation D. Without limiting the foregoing, but for greater clarity in this Schedule, general solicitation or general advertising includes any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or broadcast over radio or television, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;

  • The Company will not engage in, and not permit any of its affiliates or any person acting on its behalf to engage in, any Directed Selling Efforts or in any form of General Solicitation or General Advertising in the United States with respect to the Placement Shares.
