General Rights definition

General Rights means each and all credit rights held by the Issuer on the Signing Date under the Concession Contract, the Engineering and Technical Services Agreement, the O&M Agreement and the Via Verde Contract;
General Rights. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to any teacher such rights as he/she may have under Montana School Laws or other applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted to teachers hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere.Any violation of state law is a violation of this Agreement.

  • Mineral Rights means all rights, whether contractual or otherwise, for the exploration for or exploitation or extraction of mineral resources and reserves together with surface rights, water rights, royalty interests, fee interests, joint venture interests and other leases, rights of way and enurements related to any such rights;
