If Executive revokes the Agreement and General Release of Claims in Appendix A pursuant to Paragraph 11, Executive will not be entitled to the benefits set forth in this Agreement, including, without limitation, continued employment during the transition period (as described in Paragraph 2), and the benefits following the Resignation Date (as described in Paragraph 3).
