General Registry definition

General Registry means the General Registry established under section 1 of the General Registry Act 1965;

  • Land Registry means the Land Registry of England and Wales.

  • State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.

  • Global Registered Certificate means a global certificate representing ETP Securities in registered form.
