General Project Description definition

General Project Description means the written document attached to this Agreement as Appendix A. For clarity, the General Project Description cannot be modified or amended except by the execution of a written amendment to this Agreement by an authorized signatory of each of the Parties.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;
