General Partner LLC Agreement definition

General Partner LLC Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the General Partner, dated as of July 24, 2007, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereunder.

General Partner LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the General Partner, dated as of December 22, 2014.
