General Expenses definition

General Expenses means the direct and indirect costs, charges and expenses of producing and selling goods for export, other than the costs, charges and expenses referred to in paragraphs (a) to(d) of subsection (2) of section one hundred and ten;
General Expenses means expenses of the Limited Partnership of a general or administrative nature or expenses of the General Partner of a similar nature reimbursable by the Limited Partnership to the General Partner and shall expressly exclude Internal Costs;

More Definitions of General Expenses

General Expenses means any expenses incurred by the Partnership other than Investment Expenses or Indemnification Obligations including, without limitation: (i) all costs and expenses of organizing the Partnership and (ii) all routine administrative expenses of the Partnership, including salaries and employee benefit expenses of employees, consultants and independent contractors of the Partnership, fees and expenses associated with the maintenance of books and records of the Partnership, the employment or retention by the Partnership with respect to routine matters of accountants, attorneys and other professionals, and the preparation and dispatch to the Limited Partners of checks, financial reports and notices required by this Agreement.
