General Employees definition

General Employees organization" means a national employees' organization, operating as a trade union in more than one branch of employment.
General Employees means all the permanent employees of AAI who are posted at the Airport as on the Effective Date, except those pertaining to Air Traffic Control (“ATC”), Security (if any) and Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (“CNS”) departments, and senior management staff above the position of Deputy General Manager or equivalent.‌
General Employees refers to all Employees covered by this Agreement except Daycare and Outside Employees.

Produces seed means the planting, cul- tivation, growing and harvesting of seeds of agricultural or horticultural commodities. Conditions seed means the in-plant work done after seed produc- tion including the drying and aerating of seed.

  • Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.
