GE Products means Spare Engines, related optional equipment, technical data, and other products offered from time to time, as may be offered for sale and/or provided by GE.

Examples of GE Products in a sentence

  • During the Term and for two (2) years thereafter, Lion shall keep, and shall cause each sublicensee and Affiliate to keep, books and records documenting the exploitation of the licenses granted under Sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2, including, without limitation, the Manufacturing and Commercialization of Covered Products and Covered GE Products in such reasonable detail as is necessary to compute and confirm the calculation of Aggregate Sales.

  • Lion shall bear and be responsible for and pay all applicable Taxes attributed to it related to the (a) licensing of Licensed Intellectual Property and (b) Commercialization by Lion or its Representatives of Products and GE Products under the Licensed Intellectual Property after the Effective Date, during the Term, and shall indemnify and hold Licensor and its Representatives harmless from any liability relating to such Taxes.

  • Lion shall at all times from the Effective Date maintain standard products liability/completed operations insurance, at its own expense, covering all claims against Lion whatsoever and howsoever arising from the Development, Manufacture, Commercialization, and/or Genetic Engineering of Products or the Development, Manufacture, or Commercialization of GE Products (collectively, the “Insured Product Activity”) by Lion, its Representatives, sublicensees or their assigns.

  • All pre-clinical and clinical trials of Products and of GE Products in the Field or Restricted Field conducted by or on behalf of Licensor were conducted in accordance with Applicable Laws.

  • As of the Effective Date and to the Knowledge of Licensor, there are no FDA (or equivalent) “field alerts” (or the equivalent in countries outside the United States) pending with respect to any Products or GE Products in the Field or Restricted Field.

  • As between the Parties, the Parties hereto agree that each Party shall be responsible, at its expense, for preparing and submitting Regulatory Filings with respect to GE Products Manufactured and/or Commercialized by such Party, its Representatives, its sublicensees or otherwise on such Party’s behalf under the Licensed Intellectual Property, and such Regulatory Filings shall be made in its own name.

  • During the Term, as between Licensor and Lion, each Party shall bear one hundred percent (100%) of the expenses (including pre-marketing, marketing and detailing expenses) it has incurred or will incur in connection with its Development, Manufacturing, Commercialization, and Genetic Engineering of Products and GE Products, as applicable, under the Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • During the Term, each Party shall be responsible, at its expense, for handling GE Product Complaints with respect to GE Products Manufactured and/or Commercialized by such Party, its Representatives, its sublicensees or otherwise on such Party’s behalf under the Licensed Intellectual Property, subject to any other contractual obligations that such Party may have.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.
