GBP LIBOR definition

GBP LIBOR means, in respect of a day, the rate for deposits in pounds sterling for a period of 12 months which appears on Bloomberg Page BP0012M INDEX for that day, or, if not available, ascertained from any other source as the Margin Loan Provider may deem appropriate
GBP LIBOR means, with respect to any Accrual Period, the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Pounds Sterling having a maturity of three months, commencing on the first day of the Accrual Period, which appears on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. London time, on the related GBP-LIBOR Determination Date. If an applicable rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, the rate for that day will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in Pounds Sterling, having the specified maturity and in a principal amount of not less than £1,000,000, are offered at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that GBP-LIBOR Determination Date, to prime banks in the London interbank market by the Reference Banks. The Administrator will request the principal London office of each Reference Bank to provide a quotation of its rate. If the Reference Banks provide at least two quotations, the rate for that day will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations. If the Reference Banks provide fewer than two quotations, the rate for that day will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by prime banks in London, selected by the Administrator, at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time, on that GBP-LIBOR Determination Date, for loans in Pounds Sterling to leading European banks having the specified maturity and in a principal amount of not less than £1,000,000. If the banks selected as described above are not providing quotations, GBP-LIBOR in effect for the applicable Accrual Period will be GBP-LIBOR for the specified maturity in effect for the previous Accrual Period. For any GBP-LIBOR-based notes, interest due for any Accrual Period always will be determined based on the actual number of days elapsed in the Accrual Period over a 365-day year.
GBP LIBOR means the London InterBank Offered Rate denominated in Sterling;

More Definitions of GBP LIBOR

GBP LIBOR. ’ means in respect of any Interest Period the Reference Rate in respect of the GBP Notes in respect of that Interest Period as determined in accordance with Condition 4(c)(ii) or, in the event that no GBP Notes are outstanding, determined by the Administrator using the same method set out in Condition 4(c)(ii).
GBP LIBOR means the rate for deposits in GBP which appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or any Successor Source).
GBP LIBOR means, with respect to a Receivable denominated in Sterling, the rate (calculated on the basis of actual days elapsed over a 365-day year) equal to the London interbank offered rate, as administered by the ICE Benchmark Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) appearing on the Reuters page that displays such rate (such page currently being the LIBOR01 page) as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the related Purchase Date with respect to such Receivable (or portion thereof) for the period matching the Discount Period for such Receivable or in any other case, on the first day for which such rate is accruing, for a period matching the period over which such rate has accrued; provided, however, if the Discount Period for such Receivable or such other period does not match an available GBP LIBOR quotation, then the Purchaser shall determine GBP LIBOR for the purpose of such Discount Period or other period by linear interpolation of the nearest two GBP LIBOR rates. In the event that such rate does not appear on such page or service at such time, “GBP LIBOR” shall be determined by reference to such other comparable publicly available service for displaying the offered rate for deposits in Sterling in the London interbank market as may be selected by the Purchaser and, in the absence of availability, such other method to determine such offered rate as may be selected by the Purchaser in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything in this definition to the contrary, in the event that, pursuant to the above applicable sentence of this definition, GBP LIBOR with respect to a Receivable would be less than zero, then GBP LIBOR with respect to such Receivable shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
GBP LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for Sterling.
GBP LIBOR means, in relation to any Loan or other calculation denominated in Sterling:

GBP LIBOR means the Sterling wholesale funding rate known as Sterling LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) provided by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited, as the administrator of the benchmark, (or a successor administrator).
